This document outlines of the terms of service (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Purchaser") and LinkMagnet.net (the "Directory").
The Purchaser must agree to the terms of this document to submit a link with the Directory.
Link Submission Policy
* Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by Linkmagnet.net
* Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies without notice
* Link submissions are not guaranteed to be listed
* Links to illegal or adult-related Web sites are strictly forbidden (For example sites with but not limited to: On-line Casinos, Pharmacies, etc.)
* Links must not contain ALL CAPS, excessive punctuation, or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
* URL submissions MUST use their top-level domain available
* Sites/URLs submitted that lack content will not be considered under any circumstances. (For example sites with but not limited to: Incomplete, Coming soon, empty or broken pages)
* All URL and Site submissions MUST be entirely in English language or have to option to enter the site entirely in English translation
* Valid link titles, URLs, descriptions and category location are always at the discretion of Linkmagnet.net
Registration Terms & Conditions
While the administrators and editors of this link directory will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every link. Therefore you acknowledge that all links submitted to this link directory express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, editors or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually oriented or any other links and/or material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all submitted links is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the Webmaster, administrator and editors of this link directory have the right to remove, editor move any link at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the Webmaster, administrator and editors cannot be held responsible for any cracking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
This link directory uses sessions to store information. These do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing and submit pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
* All link submissions and payments are non-refundable.
* You can remove a link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no payments will be refunded.
Personal data
The personal information collected by means of the registration/submission form (full name, e-mail address, etc.) is essential for submission notifications. This information is for the sole use of LinkMagnet.net. It will be stored and kept confidential by LinkMagnet which will refrain from using any data or parts of any data collected for commercial purposes without giving you advance notice. You have a right to access and rectify the personal information about you by contacting us:

LinkMagnet.net does not own or control any of sites listed or held responsible for the accuracy of the information related to these sites.
